04/07/26 06:04 Mood: scream in my computer. I haven't noticed that the night is over doing library.

I want to start my reading journal as soon as possible. Tried to use css shapes with textures, gradients for details (mostly stripes)...
And I hate how it looks. Maybe, when resized texture file finally gets to the page, it will look acceptable but now I feel tired rage.
Gotta draw some elements and come put them in place. I hope webps won't delay page's loading. Or should I use svg? Am I overthinking. OK, gotta sleep.

It feels like my own web, now that there's Toph.

23/06/26 01:56 And. Here. I. Am. Instead of getting some sleep after all the exams are done, I'm sweating buckets in summer heat and making this place work.

The calendar iframe was one of the toughest things to handle. I've gone through many solutions and still have got nothing functional. I even had a more experienced web developer ask if I needed help. (BTW check out their website, it's pretty). Well, I've lost this train too, cause I haven't read their message at the time.

A-a-anyway, I made a task list. I put acursed calendar on it. The last task, that is, something I dreaded. So I started to tinker with navigation roster.

And now, I ask a question. Why the hell, when I am doing measly lists, the perverse creature of the name "iframe" starts to behave?! This freak of nature is either absolutely defiant of any order, or just malicious.

Anyway, I have my triumph today. Programming is logical, my donkey.

UPD: I finally found out what it was: a background image. Normally, the container is not visible even if the widget isn't sized properly (and it is not sized properly). But since I added a background image, all the mistakes have suddenly popped out. And when something happened to css sheet connected to it, problem has been solved.
